HOW TO STREAM YOUR MEETING LIVE USING ZOOM

The presence of the Covid-19 pandemic in the world today has created so many panic and threat to the existence of man. Today, people are finding it difficult to converge in large gatherings because of the fear of the crazy spread of the pandemic.

Nevertheless, man being a mini god by the grace of the Almighty God will always find a way out of any circumstances of life.

Before now, over 60% of people in the world was ignorance of the existence of video/cloud meeting app/websites such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google meets and the rest of them.

Last week I was invited in a meeting to speak on the possibility of streaming an event live using Zoom which I did. After I did my research, I found out that it is very easy and flexible to stream live using zoom without any pause or issues. In fact, I noticed that streaming live using zoom was even much faster, flexible, reliable and fun.

After which, on the event day, I went with my team to test run the whole process and it was a huge success.

What did we achieve?

1.. We were able to connect with our audience all over the world.

2.. We connected our HD cameras directly to zoom. So we were feeding the audience directly without any delay or break.

3.. We gave some of our delegates outside the event centre to give their speech via zoom from home and we transmitted directly to our physical audience without any delay or difference in time.

4. We made the event look like everyone were all in the same room and physical.
