How To Save A File (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

HOW TO SAVE IN MS-WORD
Click the Microsoft Office Button or FILE and then click Save As (F12).
In the Save in list, click the folder or drive to which you want to save.


Tip  To save the copy in a different folder, click a different drive in the Save in list or a different folder in the folder list. To save the copy in a new folder, click Create New Folder .
In the File name box, enter a new name for the file.

Click Save

Remember, subsequent savings will require you to go back to Office Button to click SAVE or press CTRL + S on your keyboard
