Without taking much of your time, the computer keyboard has been fully reviewed and all its functions as related to your office usage are all stated below.
But for a better understanding, you are required to get a keyboard close to yourself, as you identify the keys then follow the functions below.

ESCAPE
(ESC): used to reject or cancel unwanted commands.

KEYS:
these set of keys are arranged from F1-F12 and their functions are as follows:

ALPHA-NUMERICAL
KEYS:
these keys have double functions on them, one at the top, the other below. (Hold
down the SHIFT KEY and press any of the keys to use the function at the top of
each button).

TAB:
this key is used to move the cursor pointer to the right hand side faster than
the space bar.

CAPS
LOCK:
the caps lock helps to type in capital letter when turned on.

ALTERNATIVE
KEYS:
these keys do not have any personal function but needs the help of other keys to
execute a command. ( ctrl + b, Shift
+ F3, Alt + F4) etc.
7.
WINDOWS
KEY:
this key is used to activate (open) the
start menu.
8.
SPACE
BAR:
this key is used to create/ yield space between two letters or words.
9.
ALPHABET
KEYS:
these keys range from A-Z, used in typing alphabets.
10.
SELECTION
KEY:
this key has the same function with the right button of the mouse.
11.
ENTER KEY: this key is used to Okay command,
accept command and also used to end paragraph when typing.
12.
BACK
SPACE KEY: this key is used to erase text from the front of the
text.
13.
NAVIGATOR
KEYS:
these keys are use to give direction in the computer system.
14.
DELETE
KEY:
this key is used to erase text from the back of the text.
15.
HOME
& END KEY: the home key moves the cursor pointer
automatically to the beginning of the text line WHILE the end returns it back
to the end of the text line.
16.
PAGE
UP & PAGE DOWN: page up key is used to scroll to the top
page WHILE page down scrolls to the bottom page.
17.
PRINT
SCREEN: this key is used to copy any current desktop /
environment in the computer system.
18.
I.C.T.
LIABILITY KEYS: these set of keys are not functional in
any I.C.T operation. E.g. Scroll lock, Insert key etc.
19.
NUM
LOCK:
this key is used to activate the number keys.
20.
NUMBER
KEYS:
these keys range from 0-9 used in typing numbers.
21.
MEDIA
KEYS: these keys are used to play sound or for
utility use only.
